Masseria Specula is a historical farmhouse with narrow staircases, uneven terrain, low ceilings, gravel, and other challenging areas of accessibility. Unfortunately Masseria Specula is not suitable for people with mobility issues. 

Masseria Specula is surrounded by nature and wildlife and shops and restaurants are not readily accessible on foot or by bike. 

Tap water is not drinkable and bottled water should be used as drinking water.

Masseria Specula is for adults only (18+).

Pets are not allowed at Masseria Specula.

Access to Masseria Specula is restricted to those who have made a reservation and their registered travel companions. The Gusts are not allowed to give keys or access codes to anyone other than the registered travel companions.

Upon arrival of the guests, The Host must take copies of the ID of each guest, as per Italian Law. 

Upon arrival at Masseria Specula, a deposit of €100 per guest will be requested for eventual damages or loss of property. If there are no damages or missing items on the day of checkout, the deposit will be returned.

Smoking is prohibited indoors. 

It is prohibited to bring food or consume food inside of the bedrooms, as this may attract insects and animals to the rooms.

The guests are not allowed to move any furniture or decorations.

Check-in starts from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00am.

Masseria Specula and the staff will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.

We cannot guarantee that any food, meals and/or drinks served are allergen free. The Host will have no responsibility for any consequences related to allergies.
